Changes to your Order
Once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. However you can follow our return and exchange procedure to change your item if you wish. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped Bitcoin Perfume accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. We accept no exchanges, no returns and refunds on Sale and Promotional items.
Shipping
Free Shipping in the UAE only. Please be aware that orders to countries outside the U.A.E. United Arab Emirates may be subjected to import duties or tax, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as this charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of this is necessary to release your order from your customs.

Franchises
We do not allow international franchises of the Bitcoin Perfume brand to be established overseas. All retail sales must be made under your own brand.
Selling our Products Online
Wholesalers are NOT allowed to sell any of our products on websites like Amazon, EBay, Dubizzle and any other online websites. Failing in doing this your account will be immediately terminated and legal actions will be applied.

We run contests on our site, we give away promo codes and we run challenges on our social media page. The terms and conditions of each promotion is at the discretion of Bitcoin Perfume and is subject to change.

Errors and Omissions
